Oral and poster presentation guidelines
Oral Presentation Guidelines
Only PC-type computers (no MacIntosh) will be used. Therefore, your presentation needs to be either in the Power Point (ppt, pptx), or in pdf format.
Presentation Files: All presentations must be delivered to the organisers at least every morning of the date of lecture. This will enable the organisers to test the files compatibility with the available tools and prepare the sessions.
We kindly ask you to bring your presentation to the conference on a USB stick.
Poster Presentation Guidelines
Recommended size of poster is 1 200 – 1 400 mm (height) and 800 mm (wide), i. e. portrait format.
Poster numbers will be available at conference venue (Arts Centre). Materials to mount the posters on the poster boards will be supplied by the organizers of the conference. Posters will be displayed for the duration of the conference.
